Cancellation Policy

Life happens and we all are busy! If you need to cancel an appointment, we kindly ask that you please manually cancel through the booking website. If the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, a 50% fee of services will be charged to the card on file used at booking. All no shows, no calls, and late arrivals over 10 minutes of appointment time will be charged 100% of the service.

We reserve your appointment time specifically for you, as we can only see one client at a time. When you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hour notice, we are unable to fill your reserved time. Please make sure you an commit to your appointment time before booking with us. Thank you for understanding.
